As a reactive polymer, Elvaloy® RET asphalt modifier "locks in" improved binder performance

Because it is a reactive polymer, DuPont™ Elvaloy® RET permanently improves the internal bonding and resilience of modified asphalt binder. It "locks in" improved performance when melt-blended and properly reacted with bitumen.

Using RET, compared with SBS and most other high-performance asphalt modifiers, producing enhanced binder properties happens during a fluid contact stage, without adding excessive heat or mixing energy.
