DUPONT™ PREMIUM INTERIOR AIR FILTER LIMITED WARRANTY
DuPont warrants that the DuPont™ Premium Interior Air Filter for automotive applications will be free from rips, tears, cuts, slits, cracks, bubbles, and de-lamination of materials used in the construction of the filter for a period of one year from date of purchase if installed in accordance with DuPont product installation instructions and it has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, negligence or accident, or been improperly maintained, operated or installed. If the DuPont™ Premium Interior Air Filter fails to meet this warranty, DuPont will provide a replacement interior air filter free of charge. Warranty coverage can be obtained by returning the filter to the retailer from whom it was purchased along with proof of purchase or calling DuPont at 1-888-241-2780 for instructions on obtaining warranty service.

DUPONT’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO
REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT ONLY. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, DUPONT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE EITHER IN TORT OR IN CONTRACT FOR ANY LOSS OR FROM ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES, PROVINCES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
