Sales and Marketing - General
We employ Sales and Marketing professionals across a broad range of DuPont businesses in Australia (For Agriculture or Automotive Refinish Businesses refer below). Sales and Marketing staff in these businesses typically have tertiary qualifications in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a proven track record in business to business sales.
Sales and Marketing - Agricultural
We employ agricultural Sales and Marketing professionals throughout Australia in both our Agricultural Products and Pioneer Seeds businesses. Typically you will have tertiary qualifications in an agricultural discipline with relevant sales experience.
Sales and Marketing - Automotive Refinish
We employ Sales and Marketing professionals throughout Australia to work in our Performance Coatings business which includes the DuPont Refinish, Spies Hecker and Standox brands. Typically you will have trade qualifications in spray painting with some sales experience.
Supply Chain and Sourcing
We employ Supply Chain and Sourcing professionals for several DuPont Australia businesses. Most positions are located in NSW in North Sydney, Riverstone and Wetherill Park. Typically you will have a background in supply chain and sourcing within a large multi-national manufacturing organisation, and will have experience with complex supply chain and ERP systems.
Customer Service
We employ Customer Service professionals in all DuPont Australia businesses. Most positions are located in NSW in North Sydney, Riverstone and Wetherill Park. Typically you will have experience in a customer service role within a large organisation and will be comfortable working with computerised order management systems.
Finance and Accounting
We employ Finance and Accounting professionals to work in both our Corporate Finance team and as business analysts within our larger businesses. You must have a degree in Accounting and be comfortable working with large computerised accounting systems. The majority of opportunities are for new graduates or graduates with 2-5 year's experience who initially join our cost and inventory team. We are particularly interested in people with experience in SAP R3. Most positions are located in North Sydney.
Administration and Secretarial
We employ Administration and Secretarial staff for many DuPont businesses and functions, from entry level through to senior administration roles. Most positions are located in NSW in North Sydney, Riverstone and Wetherill Park.
Engineers and Scientists
DuPont Australia is primarily a Sales and Distribution organisation with very limited manufacturing operations in this country. Whilst vacancies occasionally arise in Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D or similar technical roles, such opportunities are rare.

Due to the way our Information Technology function is structured, DuPont Australia has very few opportunities for Information Technology professionals.
