Incentive Compensation
All salaried employees are eligible for Incentive Compensation. For most employees, the award is based on both company and individual results. Employees in sales roles may be in a Sales Incentive program based more directly on individual results.
Benefits Program
Our CHOICES Benefit program is designed to give employees protection against serious financial contingencies caused by health issues while at the same time giving them as much flexibility as possible to fit coverage to individual needs. A comprehensive short and long-term disability program protects income in case of illness. Life insurance, medical, and dental coverage can be selected according to what the employee requires and coordinated with what may be available from a spouse's plan. Additional vacation can be bought and excess vacation can be sold.
A fully company-paid pension plan, in combination with government plans, ensures that long-service employees will have a comfortable standard of living in retirement. An optional employee-paid pension plan gives participants an opportunity to purchase pension enhancements, in a tax-effective way.
The Productivity Savings Plan gives you another opportunity to save. Contributions that you make to your savings account will be eligible to qualify for company contributions.
