From his role in supply chain at DuPont Crop Protection, he moved on to become a Six Sigma Black Belt. He then took on the challenge of growing the Non-Wovens business in India. Subsequently, he went on to lead the Non-Wovens business in the Asia-Pacific region and is currently the sales leader of DuPont Protection Technologies based in Shanghai. DuPont has helped create many leaders across all its divisions by helping them develop their talents and reach their full potential.
