A new Training Center equipped with state-of-the-art machinery was established in November 1999 in Moscow. The official opening of the Center was held on April 1, 2000.
The instruction at the Training Center is performed by skilled and experienced specialists who were trained at the headquarter organization and have all needed certificates. All instructors are regularly enrolled in advanced training courses at the main Training Center in Belgium, attend extra classes and training sessions. These instructors are attested once a year to constantly improve their professional level.
We are doing our best to make training sessions as useful as possible and not too cumbersome for students’ perception. The number is student rarely exceeds six persons per group. Each training participant has an opportunity to develop and improve practical skills and personally try all types of paints and varnishes thus feeling new work methods. The students have the unique opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise with their colleagues and instructors since the small size of a group contributes to very useful informal discussions.
Instructors of the DuPont Refinish Training Center never forget that they are dealing with professionals in auto refinishing business and are always open to "students’" knowledge and experience.
