Generally, the Consultants have business experience and a high percentage have MBAs or advanced degrees.

We look for potential candidates to posses the following attributes as requisite to be a successful Consultant within DuPont Consulting Solutions:
- 5+ years business experience
- MBA degree preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred, eventually required
- Excellent team player
