DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise announced today it has acquired the alkylation division of STRATCO, Inc., a leading alkylation technology licensing company servicing oil refineries throughout the globe. Assets acquired include the STRATCO® brand name and technology, intellectual property, a global customer base, personnel and offices in Leawood, Kan.; Houston, Texas, and; London, England.
