DuPont™ BELCO® offers the Shell Global Solutions Third and Fourth Stage Separator design technology (TSS and FSS) for license to any FCC operator worldwide. You can now benefit from the many years of R&D carried out at the famous Shell research laboratories in Amsterdam and Houston, as well as from the track record of more than 30 years of FCC operational experience.

  • DuPont BELCO® can offer Process Design Packages, Material Supply, or even Turnkey projects.
  • Control particulate emissions to below 50 mg/Nm3 (depending on regenerator cyclone performance) at a fraction of the cost of an Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP).
  • A separation cutpoint near 2um allows separation of virtually all erosive particles, thus safeguarding your power recovery expander.
  • The robust design allows trouble-free operation at high temperature for many years.
    Even in the event of regenerator cyclone failure, the Shell TSS is a robust safeguard for your Power Recovery unit.
