Contactor Reactor Refurbishment
Normal operating conditions take their toll on all processing equipment over time. In the case of the Contactor reactor, STRATCO® can arrange for refurbishment to be performed at a STRATCO® facility under STRATCO® supervision. Accurate repair estimates, given before work begins, include weld repair, re-machining, parts replacement, assembly and run testing.
Operator Training
Training of refinery personnel is often the most cost-effective investment you can make in your alkylation unit operations. STRATCO® on-site operator training provides a catalyst to help you identify areas for operations improvements, and dispel myths about unit operations that can impede efficient and safe operations.
TEAM Service
A TEAM Study begins with a two-day, on-site review of plant design, operation and performance. STRATCO® experts then evaluate plant data, equipment, procedures and operations experiences, to develop comprehensive recommendations for improving plant performance.
