Interacting with the Virtual Tour Much of the tour depends on the user to make a decision. Interact with the tour by rolling your mouse around to discover pop-up callouts or active buttons. Active buttons light up. Most items that light up will take you to another view or lead to further information. All buttons that light up have at least a call out to identify the highlighted item. Opening Animation and Main Page The virtual tour is a self-contained series of demos. The main page, which appears after a brief opening animation, is your 'home' base. Each module of the virtual tour contains an icon for this page. Clicking on the 'main' icon will bring you back to the main page. The main page features a circular graphic, split into four quadrants. Clicking on one of the quadrants will take you to a page with introductory information for the selected product. Introductory Page The introductory page will animate to reveal general information about the product featured on that page. There are four such pages: CromaPrint(tm) Wide Format Printers, Cromalin(r) Premium Printers, Cromalin(r) High Quality Printers and Cromanet(tm) CS Software. You can wait until the animation is finished, review the product information, and then click the Click Here for Virtual Tour link, or you can click on the circular quadrant wedge at anytime to bypass the animation and go directly to the tour of that product. Global Navigation Within each module are global navigation and local navigation. Global navigation is at the bottom of each page. Global navigation elements include: main (home page), navigation (rotation in 90 degree increments), a movie link and a DuPont logo. The main icon will return you to the main page, featuring the circulare quadrants. The navigation icon is split into four quadrants, which will rotate you around the object in 90 degree increments. The movie icon, if it is present, will take you to a looping video of relevance to the part of the module you are accessing. The DuPont icon, if you are connected to the internet, will take you to our home page. Movies The movies also feature global navigation, which will return you one of the product views in the tour, to the main page, or to the DuPont web site. Software Module The Cromanet(tm) CS software tour is slightly different. In place of the 'navigate' icon, there is a software icon which will return you to the hub page for the software demo.
