DuPont Safety Resources recently launched a new safety partnership with China Ocean Shipping Group Company (COSCO), the world’s second largest shipping company. During a recent meeting, DuPont shared safety knowledge with the company’s key executives, including COSCO President and CEO Wei Jia Fu and senior executives from COSCO subsidiaries. Representatives from government agencies and DuPont senior leaders also attended the event.

Samuel Tso, geography leader, DuPont Safety Resources, China, detailed the safety journey DuPont designed specifically for COSCO. His presentation was reinforced by remarks delivered by Wei, who was recently named "Chinese CEO of 2006."

COSCO has engaged DuPont to help build a sustainable safety management system and achieve the safety goal of: "Three Zeros – Zero Injury, Zero Asset Loss, Zero Environmental Incident".
