The annual DuPont Safety Awards reward the most significant projects in safety, led either by 
individuals, companies or organisations and considers programs, projects or contributions in the field of safety in the workplace or in society in general. It also includes printed works containing important innovations or implementations of improvements connected to safety.
Prizes are awarded in five different categories:
2008 Award recipients will be recognized at the DuPont Leaders Forum, which will take place on 9 October in Geneva, Switzerland
Previous award recipients have benefited from joint press releases issued by DuPont and the winners, and coverage in trade publications, websites and newspapers across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
