The annual DuPont Safety Awards reward the most significant projects in safety, led either by individuals, companies or organisations and considers programs, projects or contributions 
in the field of safety in the workplace or in society in general. It also includes printed works containing important innovations or implementations of improvements connected to safety.
Prizes are awarded in five different categories:

- Cultural Evolution
