If you are a student currently at college or university and can answer yes to any of these questions then why not take part in Design Show Liverpool’s Student Design Awards?
These awards, specifically for students in higher education, are a unique opportunity for budding designers to present their work on a national stage at one of the key design events of 2008. What’s more, the winning candidate will win £500 plus a further £500 for his or her university, and the opportunity to exhibit the design at Design Show Liverpool.
Open to the public, trade buyers and collectors, visitors will be able to see a fantastic range of innovative work, commission unique pieces for indoors and outdoors, and shop for functional items with a twist – from furniture, glass, ceramics, lighting and eco-design to garden products, clothing, jewellery and fashion accessories.
As an exciting new event in the international design calendar, Design Show Liverpool will:
