When you purchase a DuPont product, you’re protected by our Performance Commitment Policy. DuPont stands behind its crop protection products, its recommendations and all labeled uses. If you’re not satisfied with a product’s performance, we need to know. We will address the situation professionally and promptly, but we need to hear from you in a timely manner.

In Western Canada, tell us within 21 days of application, and prior to July 15^th.  In Ontario and Quebec, tell us as soon as possible after application, and prior to August 1^st.  For Specialty products, tell us as soon as possible after application.

• Products must be applied according to the label and DuPont recommendations. Extensive research has gone into these recommendations. We stand behind them. They are the foundation of safe and responsible use.
• DuPont is not responsible for poor performance or crop injury resulting from adverse weather conditions, resistant weed biotypes, or inadequate crop competition.
• We will ensure all customer inquiries are investigated expediently and provide the most appropriate level of assistance. This may range from advice to replacement product.
• The maximum product allowance is limited to the value of the original DuPont product purchased and used for the area in question. Application costs will not be covered.
• Growers must sign a settlement and release form for product.
• Product cannot be substituted or returned.
• DuPont reserves the right to verify purchases through product invoices from the retailer to calibrate spraying equipment.
• DuPont must be notified as soon as possible after application, and prior to the dates noted above. After these dates it’s too late to confidently determine cause or remedial action so no good-will product will be provided. Calls, however, will still be answered and documented.   Crops must be standing in field to make an adequate evaluation.
