MAINTENANCE LEADER (MECHANICAL RELIABILITY ENGINEER)
Job Description
- Lead and support projects focusing on improving equipment performace
- Participate on capital projects with suggestions of new equipments
- Knowledge in equipment in mechanical aspect with ability to make reparation
- Apply Six Sigma/Lean skills and tools
- Responsibility for safety process
- Communication with colleagues within concern
Minimum skills required:
- BS degrese in Mechanical Engineering
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Six sigma/Lean/Kaizen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
- Good personal computer and software skills
- Good Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new things
