Our back-up protocols keep your data safe.  Data on the server is backed up twice daily; the database on the handheld is backed up to the secure digital card. 

Data on the handheld device is backed-up each time the application is started and each time data is synchronized.  If the device data is completely lost, it can be restored exactly to the point of the last successful synchronization.
