DeLisle Conducts Early Warning System TestSeptember 7, 2006 - We completed a successful test of the DuPont DeLisle Early Warning System on Thursday, September 7. The test included the sounding of the area siren, activation of warning lights on Kiln/DeLisle Road and the activation of in-home monitors that are placed in the homes or the plant’s near-neighbors.
DeLisle workers conducting the test were stationed along Kiln/DeLisle Road and made personal telephone calls to ensure all warning devices worked appropriately.
Don Balius, Kenny Fountain, Joe Frierson, Frank Hill, Michael Perone and Kevin Gallagher were among those instrumental in conducting the test.
