Mississippi Department of Marine Resources Cleaning Up DeLisle Forest
You may have noted the extra activity along Kiln-DeLisle road over the last few weeks. The Mississippi State Department of Marine Resources is working with FEMA and MEMA to remove the Hurricane Katrina related debris left in the wetlands of the DeLisle Forest.
The agency is using contractors with special equipment to minimize the impact on the wetlands.
