The site Sustainability Committee, lead by Belinda Creel, is working to receive site certified as a "Wildlife Habitat" under the Wildlife Habitat Council. 
The committee has worked in a number of areas over the last year to prepare for the site for this certification, including bird and wildlife population, and native tress and vegetation.
As part of the wildlife certification application process Beth Matthews, Richard Umstattd, and Belinda planted native species plants in the site entrance way.
The site expects to receive the certification in the next few months.
