On Thursday, September 11, 2008, DuPont DeLisle contributed $1,000 to the Long Beach MS Substance Abuse Task Force Program. Site representatives Tammy Casey and Ben Midgette attended the task force meeting to present the program with the check.
Tammy and a number of other DuPont employees and retirees are active members of the task force.
The Task Force has implemented a number of strategies and programs to combat substance use and abuse among the youth in Long Beach and surrounding communities. These programs have proven to be successful.
