Verdict Reached in Ladner v. DuPont
The jury in the case of Ladner v. DuPont reached a verdict this afternoon. The jury found in favor of the defense.
We are pleased that, after considering the evidence, the jury reached this conclusion. We have always maintained that there was no connection between DuPont DeLisle operations and Haley Ladner’s illness, and this jury agreed.
