Verdict Reached in Strong vs. DuPont Retrial
The jury in the retrial of Strong vs. DuPont reached a verdict this afternoon. The jury found in favor of the defense.
We are pleased with this jury’s decision. This is the second time a Jones County jury has found for DuPont in this litigation.
These results validate what we have said all along – that there is no connection between our activities at the DeLisle facility and any health issues raised in this litigation.
We will continue to defend these cases and the safety of our operations. The safety and health of our employees, our neighbors and our community is our most important priority.
