Pyralux® flexible circuits offer the following advantages over tape automated bonding (TAB) for driver circuits for LCDs, OLEDS, and PDPs:

  • Offered in many surface treatments to support a wide array of interconnect technologies
  • Accommodates support stiffeners for component assembly and termination interconnects
  • Manufactured in single-sided, double-sided and multilayer combinations for maximum design freedom
  • Capable of small volume manufacturing to assist in prototyping yet scalable for mass production
