DuPont Board of Directors

DuPont's Board of Directors is comprised of a multicultural group of global leaders committed to the success of our company. Of our 11 outside directors, two are women, one is African American, and two are from outside of the United States.

Kullman became CEO of DuPont on January 1^st, 2009, She is the the 19^th executive to lead the company and the 1st woman in our 206 year history. Many other outstanding women and people of color lead various functions and business units within the organization. DuPont has been recognized for its commitment to the advancement of women and minorities by several organizations. While we are honored for these achievements, our work is not finished.
