Loading & Blending at DuPont in Dordrecht is part of Fluoroproducts. Loading & Blending loads and blends chemical substances (liquids and gasses) for customers and distributors. The materials are loaded in bulk containers or in smaller ton tanks and shipped all over the world.
Loading & Blending has two main streams:
1. refrigerants, that are used e.g. in cooling systems in supermarkets, air conditioning systems in cars and buildings, and industrial cooling installations;
2. special applications, such as propellants, fire extinguishing agents, and foaming agents.
The products can be divided in two groups:
1. pure materials, such as R22, R134A, Suva® 123, 124, and 125
2. blends, such as Isceon®, 404A, 407C, 410A, Vertrel®
Loading & Blending supplies direct customers as well as numerous, well-known distributors such as Linde Gas, Hitachi, Dehon, York, Fike, Cantas and Air Liquide.
