"Today, we are announcing a number of changes we plan to make which are designed to modernize the current benefits offering for our U.S. employees. The planned changes are being made with consideration of market trends and current and future employee expectations. The changes will enhance the portability of our retirement benefit and provide more opportunity for employees to self-manage the benefit value delivered through company plans. Today's announced changes will not impact current retirees."
