Strong acids and bases do not affect mesh fabrics made from DuPont fluoropolymer filaments. Chemical column packing for corrosive mist elimination is a typical application.
Temperatues up to 260oC will not effect product made from the chemically resistant DuPont fluorpolymer PFA filaments. An excellent choice for brushes in high temperature cleaning applications and for structures in high temperature-high purity requirements.
Heavy calpier nylon 612 filaments are used in more aggressive applications such as wet scrubbing. Unusual applications include music strings and construction road guides.
