Meta-Phenylenediamine

Product Description

Meta-Phenylenediamine (MPD) is an off-white to tan cast solid or a clear liquid that tends to darken on storage. It is sensitive to air, light and moisture, the presence of which will tend to hasten discoloration.

Marketing & Distribution

First Chemical Corporation markets and distributes its products worldwide from its industrial chemicals complex in Pascagoula, Mississippi, on the Gulf of Mexico.

First Chemical ships MPD as flakes in 55-gallon nonreturnable fiber drums with a net weight of 225 pounds (102 kilograms) and as cast solid in 55-gallon nonreturnable steel drums with a net weight of 500 pounds (226 kilograms). MPD is also available as a molten liquid in tank trucks.

First Chemical customer service personnel are available to work with MPD users on all matters relating to the product specifications, performance, shipping, storage, handling and price.
