In November 2002, First Chemical Corporation (FCC) became a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont. FCC's 60 acre Pascagoula Facility is located in the John C. Stennis Industrial Park in Jackson County Mississippi. The FCC Facility is located east of Pascagoula, adjacent to the Port of Pascagoula's Bayou Cassotte deepwater harbor.
