Frank P. Pugliese, Jr is Managing Director of DuPont Government Business Development. He is the former commissioner for the General Services Administration (GSA) where he spent his career focused on performance and operations improvement. During his 28-year tenure with the GSA, his efforts received numerous citations for contributing to better government through deficit reduction and cost-effectiveness. In1998, he received GSA's Distinguished Service Award, the agency's most prestigious award, followed by the 1999 Presidential Rank Award for Distinguished Executive. He retired from the GSA in 2000.

Michael H. Crickenberger is Vice President, DuPont Government Business Development for the DuPont Safety and Protection Platform. He is responsible for developing building and infrastructure protection solutions, as well as environmental solutions. This includes providing building security against terrorism and natural threats, as well as moisture damage and energy loss, in both the commercial and military housing markets. Since 1999, as the DuPont Safety Resources Vice President of Global Business Development, he helped the business become the largest safety management consulting company in the world, and one of the fastest-growing businesses at DuPont.

James N. DiClementi is a Senior Business Development Manager for DuPont Government Solutions, based in Washington, D.C. Jim has more than 20 years of industry experience in environmental consulting and remediation and specialized Architect-Engineer-Construction (AEC) services. He also brings 10 years of Federal Business Development experience to his role at DuPont, winning major contracts with the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Aviation Administration, Navy, Department of Energy, and the Department of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration).  Jim began his career as a Process Development Engineer at Merck & Company, Inc., and has earned his Professional Engineering Registration, as well as national recognition as a Certified Environmental Compliance Manager.
