From his role in supply chain at DuPont Crop Protection, he moved on to become a Six Sigma Black Belt. He then took on the challenge of growing the Non-Wovens business in India. Subsequently, he went on to lead the Non-Wovens business in the Asia-Pacific region for four years and now had been promoted to Director Growth Initiative – India and will lead the Sunrise growth work stream as part of the India Acceleration Plan and establish the New Business Development Team. DuPont has helped create many leaders across all its divisions by helping them develop their talents and reach their full potential.

For example, at the DuPont Knowledge Center (DKC), based in Hyderabad, scientists and engineers work under the same roof.
