Kevlar® MTP Technology

Military personnel, law enforcement and corrections officers who face multiple threats need multi-threat protection—which is precisely why  DuPont developed Kevlar® MTP™ Technology.  Kevlar® MTP™ helps protect against threats from firearms, commercially manufactured knives and puncture-producing weapons, such as ice picks. This patented technology is the first specifically engineered to counter threats from multiple types of weapons in a concealable, soft body armor.

Unlike the heavier, bulkier garments worn outside the uniform, vests made with Kevlar® MTP™ are designed to be comfortable and flexible for everyday wear. As a further improvement over earlier products, the multi-threat technology provides the same high level of protection across the entire vest.
