Special Installation Needs
Rooms/Areas Susceptible to Moisture
Because of the nature of design, there are rooms where it is not advised to install laminate flooring. Installation of laminate in or around saunas is not a good practice, because the core of the laminate will swell and warp. Any room where there is an excess of water and humidity is a poor choice. However, if care is taken, it can be installed in bathrooms, following special installation practices.

Stairs covered in laminate flooring are easier to maintain and keep clean than stairs covered in carpet. They will hold up well and the flooring will not need to be replaced as frequently as carpet.
