Handitap™ Filler Series

The Handitap™ filler series is a complete line of fully automatic, multi-head, in-line filling system used to fill the popular 2.5 gallon Handitap™ container, available at grocers throughout the United States. The fully automatic option allows for empty Handitap containers to be transferred under the fill valves to then be filled, capped and ready for distribution.

Filler Speeds (bags/hr):   250 - 10 Handitap™ containers per minute 1500 gallons/hr
350 - 15 Handitap™ containers per minute 2250 gallons/hr
550 - 28 Handitap™ containers per minute 4200 gallons/hr
Fill Head Type:   250 - Two head inline filler
350 - Three head inline fully automatic in-line filler
550 - Five head fully automatic in-line filler
Handitap™ Bottle:   2.5 Gallon bottle includes 3 piece dispensing valve
Accuracy:   +/- 0.3% by volume
Product Line Size:   250 - 2" Tri-Clamp
350 - 2" Tri-Clamp
550 - 2-1/2" Tri-Clamp
Product Pump:   250 - 60 GPM during filling sequence. 10 PSI minimum pressure during fill, 25 PSI maximum pressure dead head with valve closed.
350 - 90 GPM during filling sequence. 10 PSI minimum pressure during fill, 25 PSI maximum pressure dead head with valve closed.
250 - 150 GPM during filling sequence. 10 PSI minimum pressure during fill, 25 PSI maximum pressure dead head with valve closed.
Filling Stations:   250 - 2 stations
350 - 3 stations
550 - 5 stations
Capper Type:   Fully automatic capping sytem - automatically pressed onto Hand-Tap containers after filling.
Other Features:   Powered infeed and outfeed conveyors
Bowl feeder and hopper for cap feeding standard on 350 and 550, optional on 250
