This high productivity, easy to use, semi-automatic filler is designed for filling HTSR or ESL products in bag-in-box packaging. Allen Bradley™ programmable logic controls ensure reliability, speed and serviceability.
- The Premier 1000 is used for packaging soda pop syrup, juice, juice drinks & bar mixes, milk, cream, ice cream mixes, wine, and other low viscosity products.
- Used for pasteurized, cold fill, ESL processing
| Filling Sequence: |
The filler starts as the fitment is inserted and is equipped with safety interlocks to prevent malfunction. The capper removes the cap from the spout, fills the bag to a predetermined volume, then recaps the spout. The filled bag is ejected automatically and the process begins again. |

All machines weigh approximately 500 lbs. and offer many options to customize the fillers for any packaging requirements.
