DuPont has a modern Research and Development Center located in Kingston, Ontario Canada that supports DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems and other businesses of DuPont.
Our Research and Development team is highly skilled, with an extensive range of equipment and capability to perform applications development in the liquid packaging arena. Ranging from the 7-layer film co-extrusion line for barrier film development, to a number of filling machines and test stands used to develop next generation filling systems and test new products prior to market introduction. Our research facility has a full compliment of scientific expertise, including capability in microbiology, analytical science, and physical testing, each fully utilized at various stages throughout each packaging technology development we undertake. We use extensive modeling capabilities to predict product performance based on material properties and to perform dynamic simulation of package sealing performance.
Our Research and Development capabilities allow us to continue developing film and filling technologies, fitments and liquid packaging solutions to meet the demands of today's dynamic marketplace.
