DuPont introduces a new TraSys® release coating for polycarbonate manufacturers. This new TraSys® product delivers a tenaciously tough coating that provides molders with superior performance. This solvent based product, which is easily applied to mold surfaces, provides a high gloss surface to the finished polycarbonate part. In addition, the coating can add a nice finish to polyethylene parts as well. The coating provides multiple releases and will withstand inner mold temperatures up to 550°F(287°C).
