System LF: the lead-free solution for ceramic modules

At DuPont Microcircuit Materials (MCM), we are proud of our leadership developing technologies that reduce the environmental impact of electronics. In anticipation of market demand and trends towards more restrictive environmental legislation, DuPont MCM introduces System LF: the material system for multilayer hybrids to comply with ELV and RoHS directives.

System LF from DuPont MCM consists of conductors, dielectrics, via-fills, resistors and encapsulant Thick Film compositions. All are lead-free and cadmium-free – and perform to the highest market standards achieved with today’s existing lead containing products.
