Founded in 1802, DuPont puts science to work by solving problems and creating solutions that make people's lives better, safer and easier. The Microcircuit Materials business unit in DuPont Electronic Technologies has over 60 years experience in the development, manufacture, sale, and support of specialized thick film and ceramic technologies for a wide variety of electronic applications.

Our goal is to deliver high quality polymer and ceramic thick film technologies that enable high density, high reliability, and excellent performance for any market application.

Our local technical service representatives work closely with customers to solve design and process problems and provide comprehensive global support for customers' product development and manufacturing.

Our technical service representatives have on average 25 years experience, unmatched in the industry. We actively participate in major industry associations and regularly conduct workshops and seminars in conjunction with the industry events. Our local sales, R&D, and technical service organizations have a global network of DuPont resources to draw upon to solve customer challenges. Customer support is only a phone call or email away.

Customer training

We regularly train customers about thick film and ceramic products. Training can include when to use the products and/or how to use printing processes. Training can be delivered at DuPont facilities, in conjunction with industry conferences, or at customer locations.

Regional R&D centers

Local technology centers in the U.S., Japan, and Europe provide the responsiveness the industry demands. Combined with a global network of scientists and access to the DuPont Central Research & Development facility, we are prepared to meet your design challenges. DuPont laboratories are equipped with Class 100 clean rooms, scanning electron microscopes, and scale-up manufacturing operations to duplicate customer environments.

State-of-the-art resources enable our engineers and scientists to formulate new products, test compositions, develop prototypes, evaluate, troubleshoot, and support customer applications.

Worldwide Manufacturing capabilities

Seven manufacturing facilities are strategically located near major regional markets to maximize supply reliability, flexibility, and regional customization for customers.

Our manufacturing facilities in Manati, Puerto Rico, Research Triangle Park, NC USA, and Bristol, UK are ISO-9001:2001 certified.
