Post-MLDP Career Path Upon graduation from the program, MLDP participants are placed in global business and marketing leadership roles within DuPont. The MLDP is different from other leadership development programs as it also has an element of flexibility built into the program to enable you to follow your special interests as long as it is in a leadership role within DuPont. Below are examples of former MLDP participants now in global leadership roles.
Joseph W. DeSalvo, Global Marketing Director - I am responsible for growing Bio-PDO, a new business that is a critical bio-based initiative of DuPont. I manage our product in all segments, including personal care, home and industrial products. I am also on the DuPont Tate & Lyle Joint Venture Leadership Team.
Xin Wang, General Manager, China - I am responsible for growing Building Innovations businesses in China. I have P&L and management responsibilities over our total offering in this region.
Judith Hochhauser Schneider, Global Environmental Markets & Sustainability Manager - I help DuPont businesses create competitive advantage and talk more effectively with their customers and stakeholders about "green" claims and environmental markets. I also lead DuPont efforts with the Chicago Climate Exchange to develop and grow DuPont opportunities in voluntary carbon markets.
