Each winter and summer the MLDP holds a semi-annual meeting for its participants and alumni. These meetings give the MLDP community the opportunity for further career and personal development, plus many opportunities to learn from and network with senior leaders.

| At each semi-annual meeting, we hold a graduation ceremony for participants who have completed the three-year MLDP rotational program and are going into their permanent roles.
