The rotational structure of the program gives you an overview of the company's businesses, enables you to develop different aspects of your marketing skills very quickly, enhances your ability to work in different teams and gives you an opportunity to perform in diverse markets and business models. The assignments are designed to give you a global perspective of different businesses, ranging from developing a growth strategy for the Electronic & Communication Technologies platform in Asia-Pacific to Product Management responsibilities for the Corian® brand in the United States.

The performance expectations are nothing short of impressive results within the first few months of work. You are expected to understand the market, technology and business quickly; draw on resources and skills from your business education, the company and beyond; and deliver measurable and visible results to the business in the duration of your assignment. The rotations also allow you to take on increasingly challenging roles customized to your interests, strengths and development needs.
