Why I wanted to take part in the DuPont Co-op: I wanted to find a co-op that would allow me to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. DuPont allows their co-ops to work on projects that are of interest to them in order to help expand their knowledge of marketing and business, and also to help gain a sense of leadership in a large company. I wanted to be taken seriously and to be able to share my opinions and ideas to help make a difference. I felt this was a great opportunity to learn more about the different aspects of marketing and communications in a business environment.
What I hope to gain: Working on many projects will allow me to gain valuable experience to help me with my future career. These projects will also help me explore the opportunities that marketing has to offer so I will be able to decide what type of position I would like to pursue once I graduate. I will be able to network with numerous people throughout the DuPont community located in many different areas in the company. This will help to expand my knowledge about business, and also to learn about other people's journeys through the corporate world. Hopefully I will also be able to obtain valuable advice and helpful tips to help further my career.
Where I would like to see myself in the future: I would like to see myself working for a well-known and respected company, like DuPont, and being successful in whatever position I decide fits my work ethic and personality best.

Why you chose DuPont: With ambitions of pursuing advertising and public relations upon graduation from college, I decided to enroll in this co-op program for a number of reasons. First and foremost, I wanted a co-op that would grant an enormous amount of responsibility and freedom which would provide me the opportunity to contribute in an influential way. I was also looking for a job that would allow me to foster both my analytical and creative abilities while working with some of the best minds in business. Above all, however, I looked to DuPont for the chance to experience invaluable hands-on opportunities that I could use to better myself and my knowledge of business marketing.
What you hope to gain: Simply put, I hope to gain first hand experiences that contribute to my ever-expanding knowledge of marketing and business, new challenges that push me to the brink of failure, and the opportunity to make an impact. I also hope to gain great relationships with both my mentors and my peer interns that I will continue to leverage well after my departure from this program.
5-10 year outlook: Within the first years after graduation, it is my overall intention to be working in the field of advertising and public relations. Because of my great passion for understanding the elements of our human behavior, however, I also hope to pursue graduate education in the field of psychology within the next five to ten years.

Why I Chose DuPont: The reason I chose DuPont is two-fold. First, the Co-Op program has a reputation of being a great learning experience and a place to gain valuable skills and develop an impressive network. It most importantly necessitates vast responsibility on the individual and a willingness to learn across broad areas of the marketing communications area. Secondly, I respect DuPont as a company for its various initiatives to protect human life while building a sustainable environment.
What I Hope to Gain: During the six months, I hope to gain real world experience that would be unattainable in any classroom setting. I also hope to gain a strong network of colleagues as well as much experience in not only e-marketing but also different marketing positions.
Where I see myself in 5-10 years: In the future, I hope to have gained a notable position in a respectable firm which makes strides towards protecting the environment while making incredible progress to better the lives of individuals.

Why I Chose DuPont: DuPont stands for more than just a company. It is a community that has strong ethical and moral values, and cares about both its employees and the environment. This meant a lot to me when looking for a job as I believe the company you work for, speaks a lot about who you are as a person. The DuPont Marketing Co-op Program gives students a higher level of responsibility and real life experience, much more than a typical internship. This experience at DuPont will help me grow and move forward.
What I Hope to Gain: I hope to gain experience in many areas of the marketing field, and a greater understanding of tradeshows and events. While working at DuPont I will take advantage of their excellent resources, employees, and be involved in as many projects as possible, to come out of this co-op with a better understanding and vision for my future career in Marketing.
Where I see myself in 5-10 Years: I hope to be in a position with a company that is as respected and carries the same ethical and moral values as DuPont and in a career that I love.
