DuPont Sponsors Queen’s University TEAM Program
On April 21st, students from the Technology Engineering and Management (TEAM) program at Queen’s University visited the Kingston site to review the fermentation and bioprocess training package they developed for RE&BD.
TEAM is a multidisciplinary course that links 4th year students with industries seeking help for specific projects. For this project, the students put together a top-quality training package that will be used to help develop the necessary skills within RE&BD to support future projects in bioprocessing. DuPont has actively participated in TEAM for more than a decade and has sponsored over 16 projects in total, including one for concentrating liquid waste streams.
