On October 29th, DuPont Canada successfully completed 365 days without a contractor recordable injury. To achieve contractor work without injury or incident requires employees and contractors to make the 'Right' choice 100% of the time. Contractor services are coordinated at every level of our organization and can include simple routine tasks to tasks requiring a high level of expertise. For this reason, there are few 'functioning capabilities' as widely encountered by the entire organization (administration personnel, wage role, technicians, site people, corporate people, contract personnel, engineering, sourcing and perhaps YOU) and as diverse in risk and complexity as the administration of on-site contractors.
