On the 12th of July 2007 Solae organized the first Conference of official distributors of Solae in Russia in Nakhabino (Moscow region). 13 companies took part in the event, among which OOO “Avers”, PKF “Nizhegorodskiy Khleb” (www.hleb-nn.ru), PKF “Ayaks” (www.yureal.com), OOO “BioMarket” and others. In the framework of the conference Solae representatives communicated to participants Solae vision and principles of modern distribution, reinforcing understanding of Solae company commitment to the Russian ingredients market, and received feedback and first hand market information from the key regional players.

As more and more consumers are discovering the many health benefits of consuming soy, a growing number of Russian food manufacturers have introduced new and innovative products using Solae soy ingredients which help to develop and market healthy, innovative food products. The pace of Russian food market development which grew three times as fast in 2006 as in the world on the average and is expected to keep adding 8 percent annually in the next years to come urges Solae to build and to support a strong distribution network.
