On the 23th of July the closing ceremony of the 39th International Chemistry Olympiad (ICO) took place in Moscow. The event was organized by the Moscow State University (MSU), the oldest and most famous University in Russia. Being one of the Olympiad`s sponsors DuPont actively supported the event, hosted a press-center opening in its Customer Interaction Center in March and set a special prize for one of the winners.

At the closing ceremony Timofei Mezheritsky, Deputy General Director of DuPont Russia, pronounced the speech and gave to the captain of Russian team – Leonid Romashov – a special DuPont prize. It was the certificate which gave him an opportunity to pass a science internship in DuPont company. And – so as this travel to the world of the miracles of chemical science was secure and safe–a safety kit with Tyvek® and Kevlar® protective apparel.
