On the 29th of January – 1st of February DuPont took part in INTERPLASTIKA exhibition which was held in Moscow Expocenter.  INTERPLASTIKA 2008 is the 11th International Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber, where the new achievements and innovative developments in the sphere of polymer technologies, plastic and rubber processing equipment as well as raw materials and components are demonstrated.

For companies active in plastic and rubber technology, the Russian market remains one of the most dynamic in Europe. It has shown a 20% growth in 2007 and develops further. In 2008 even a higher growth rate is expected, stimulated by the strong demand for plastics, rubber and the machinery to process them as well as by the considerably enhanced investment conjuncture. Aiming to satisfy the growing demands of the sector DuPont offers its scientific solutions embracing the whole specter of the applications in the sphere. 

At DuPont stand besides traditional Ti-Pure®, which is used for PVC production enhancing additional durability and strength, the newest development DuPont™ Light Stabilizer 210, ensuring UV protection for the plastics, was exhibited for the first time. Also, at the exhibition DuPont represented its new developments in the sphere of engineering polymers as well as the latest technologies for the automotive industry, electronics, electrical engineering, innovative applications of plastics for the oil and gas industry and industrial machinery, high performance solutions for household and office appliances. DuPont Fluoropolymers also participated at the exhibition presenting its traditional offering – Teflon®, Tedlar®  and Tefzel®.
