DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems Russia Receives Top Supplier Award from Coca - Cola Hellenic
As a result of delivering the best products and services to its customers, DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems (DLPS) Russia recently received the Coca–Cola Hellenic Quality Award. Coca-Cola Hellenic is one of the world’s largest bottlers of the Coca-Cola Company, is second in the group in terms of turnover, and is one of the largest accounts of DLPS.
The Suppliers Performance Evaluation procedure, carried out by Coca-Cola Hellenic, was established in Russia in 2008 as a pilot project. The evaluation of suppliers is done quarterly by their procurement, planning and finance teams. At the end of the year, a committee approves the list of best suppliers. DuPont was chosen to receive the award from among 24 suppliers who were nominated in the four categories: quality, delivery, customer service, and added value. “We are honored to receive this award, which underlines our constant focus on customer’s needs and requests. This award will serve the consolidation of our partnership,” commented Andrey Onikiy, Sales Leader, DuPont Liquid Packaging Systems Eastern Europe.
Coca – Cola Hellenic operates in 28 countries and is the leading group of Coca – Cola drinks production in Europe. In Russia, the company owns 14 plants and more than 80 distribution centers. In 2008, Coca – Cola Hellenic spent more than €150MM in Russia for the purchase of raw and packaging materials from Russian suppliers.
